1. Definitions

  • “Mizics” refers to the Mizics online skin beauty analysis platform, website, tools, and reports.
  • “User” refers to any individual accessing or using Mizics.
  • “Personal Use” means private, non-commercial use by an individual for their own informational purposes.
  • “Professional Use” means any client-facing, commercial, revenue-generating, or business-related use.
  • “Analysis” refers to any skin beauty indices, explanations, or reports generated by Mizics.

2. Nature of the Service (Non-Medical Use)

Mizics provides appearance-based cosmetic skin insights only.

  • Mizics is not a medical device
  • Mizics does not provide medical advice
  • Mizics does not diagnose, treat, or prevent disease
  • Mizics does not replace professional medical consultation

All outputs are intended solely for informational and cosmetic self-awareness purposes.

3. Personal Use Licence

Users purchasing a one-off analysis or a 12-month unlimited access plan are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for Personal Use only.

Under a Personal Use licence, the User must not:

  • Use Mizics with clients
  • Charge any fee for analyses or reports
  • Use Mizics in a salon, clinic, or business setting
  • Share access credentials
  • Present Mizics outputs as professional or expert advice

4. Professional / Commercial Use

Any client-facing, business, or revenue-generating use of Mizics requires active enrolment in the Mizics Partner Programme.

Professional Use includes, but is not limited to:

  • Use in salons, clinics, or aesthetic practices
  • Charging clients for scans or reports
  • Bundling Mizics into paid consultations
  • Supporting product or treatment sales
  • Presenting reports as part of a commercial service

Professional Use without a valid Partner licence is strictly prohibited.

5. Partner Programme Licence

Approved partners are granted a commercial licence subject to:

  • Active annual Partner access
  • Compliance with these Terms
  • Adherence to Mizics’ non-medical positioning

Partner licences are non-transferable and limited to the approved business entity.

6. Misuse and Enforcement

Mizics reserves the right to:

  • Monitor usage patterns
  • Investigate suspected misuse
  • Suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms
  • Revoke access without refund where misuse is confirmed

Unauthorised commercial use may result in immediate termination of access and requirement to upgrade to a Partner licence.

7. Data, Images, and Privacy

  • Mizics does not store uploaded images after analysis
  • No facial images are retained once a session ends
  • Mizics does not sell or share personal data
  • Users must obtain consent before uploading images of others

8. Accuracy and Limitations

Mizics analyses are based solely on photographic appearance and may be influenced by lighting, camera quality, and positioning.

Results are not guaranteed to be precise or consistent and must not be relied upon for medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic decisions.

9. Intellectual Property

All Mizics software, branding, indices, explanations, and report formats remain the exclusive property of Mizics.

Users may:

  • View and download reports for permitted use

Users may not:

  • Copy, resell, redistribute, or modify Mizics content
  • Reverse engineer or replicate the platform

10. Termination

Mizics may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached, payment is reversed, or misuse is identified. Termination does not entitle the User to refunds.

11. Changes to These Terms

Mizics may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
